On this weekend, we join coach and teacher Peter Radcliffe from Skillful Mind to learn and practice changing the neural pathways in the brain from stressful and negative thought patterns, to positive ones. To do this, we use a technique called time line therapy that has helped millions around the world learn how to destroy negative thought patterns and limiting decisions.
