Last week we had a meditation on the Appreciation of Life. Well, this week is a mediation with a real twist.
Anger toward our enemies can keep us from enjoying life, put stress on our body and keep us from being close to the ones we love.
So this is a kind of reverse psychology way of looking at our enemies to see the pointlessness of our anger.
It's not your usual meditation for sure - but that's the way I like it. Challenge your self and see if it works for you.
