Our attendees constantly rave about the nourishing, wholesome and comforting food that's provided - at previous retreats the cooks get flooded with compliments.

 

Due to customer feedback some of our retreats now offer both vegitarian and meat options. When booking your retreat please ensure you tick any food preferences. 

Lactose, gluten free and vegan options are available. Please advise of allergies and dietary requirements when booking your retreat.

 

Tea & coffee is available at any time for all retreat attendees - please help yourself
